Student rentals - ODT article

A couple of days ago we go rung up and asked to comment on the state of student rentals in Dunedin. A couple of key points:

a) the cost of rent is NOT stopping students from coming down to Dunedin

b) the current rental regulatory changes are not suitable for student rentals

c) the poor quality of student rentals is largely over exaggerated
