As a Health and Mind Coach she can help you lift your self-esteem, boost your self-confidence, manage chronic conditions, get unstuck from limiting beliefs, kick phobias, cigarettes, vaping and addictions into touch, manage negative stress, and break free from the fat/thin thinking loop. Viv uses evidence-based lifestyle coaching tools and resources, including NLP, self-hypnosis, mindfulness and powerful conversations. These help you create concrete, easy and fun to do first steps that build momentum and before you know it, you’re enjoying positive long-term behaviour and lifestyle changes

Shanti Rajan therapeutic approach is non confrontational, non judgmental and consistent with mutual respect. She specialises in working with clients who are affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and grief. Shanti does not believe in a 'one size fits all' therapeutic approach. Therefore, each client receives a tailored treatment approach to ensure that effective positive outcomes are achieved.  Shanti is a registered member of New Zealand Association of  Counsellors and is also an active member of New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
